Next Day courier delivery is available upon request, delivery driver surcharge applies. For urgent delivery requests, please drop us a message (WhatsApp) at+6596720721, or email us at hello@thesalveco.com, before placing your order, and we'll be in touch shortly with delivery options! We will be able to organize next day or same day delivery where possible.
Order Processing
We endeavour to ship out your order within 3-5 working days from order confirmation. Please note that deliveries can take longer during festive periods, we seek your understanding in these situations.

Where does The Salve Co. ship to?
At the moment, we only deliver locally to addresses in Singapore. However, we do hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future, so do follow us on instagram @thesalve.co for updates.
How much does shipping to Singapore cost?
- Free Shipping for orders above $80: For orders over SGD80, your order will be sent by complimentary courier delivery within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
- Standard shipping at $3.60 for orders below $80: For orders under SGD80, a flat shipping fee of $3.60 per order applies. Your order will be shipped by courier delivery within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I amend or cancel my order?
As our products are made in small batches to order, once we begin processing your order, we may not be able to accept amendments or cancellations to your order. However, do drop us an email at hello@thesalveco.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns/ exchanges on our products for hygiene reasons (unopened or otherwise), as they are made to order, with natural ingredients. At The Salve Co. we take extra care in quality control before items are securely packaged and dispatched to you. As we use natural ingredients, the appearance of our items may vary between batches and over time. Please refer to our FAQ page for more details. If however you are still not satisfied with your order, your product has defects, or your delivery was incorrect or incomplete, please contact our customer care at hello@thesalveco.com
